How long will it take to get to me?

Please refer to each product on the day of order for exact delivery time-scales one of our shop staff will contact you to discuss further.

We also deliver to The Scottish Highlands, Non-Mainland UK, The Channel Islands and Europe.  Please contact us with your full address and the items you are interested in for a quote shipping@astoundingbattersea.co.uk.

Deliveries will be carried out by our 3^rd Party trusted professional delivery couriers, please contact us if you live in Europe. Isle of Man, Scotland Highlands for a quote.

When can I expect delivery?

Once your order arrives in the UK, we will contact you to arrange your delivery date and time-slot by phone or email.   Don't worry if you're not quite ready for your delivery, we offer four weeks free storage. Should you need more, talk to our team about long-term storage costs.

Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any orders will fit through doorways, corridors and staircases.  If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team who can advise on specific sizes etc. A re-delivery charge may be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man crew. We are experienced in high floor deliveries so don’t worry.

Delivery Day

When should I expect you?

Once your delivery date and time-slot have been booked, our dedicated and experienced installation team will call or send you a text message to let you know they are on their way.

What can I do to help?

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, we ask you to ensure any pets and minors are out of harms’ way during the installation.  We also ask that you don't help with any lifting for safety reasons.

Will you build my item?

Upon arrival, let us know where you'd like us to place your furniture and we will assemble your order in the room of your choosing, ready for use. We will also take away all packaging for recycling.

Can you mount it to the wall for me?

Unfortunately our installers are not permitted to hang, mount objects or make alterations to your home such as drilling holes into walls a separate service can be offered if you want this, just ask.
